In Pittsburgh, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across Pennsylvania, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.

Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pittsburgh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Several years I had neuropathy in my feet, specialists did everything from every imagery imaginable of my spine to nerve induction test on my feet. Finally was told I have Diabetes out of the blue by Dr Durkalski, then left high and dry as far as any diabetic care. Was supposed to be monitored for high blood pressure too with regular calls to get results of the readings, they dropped the ball on that. Now it's been a week and they have yet to fill my pregabalin, not to mention not doing anything for my documented arthritis.

Edit, 3 hours later: Updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I was able to speak with the billing department, and they helped lower my bill. I appreciate their help and the way they handled the issue after I reached out. Thank you. βββββ- I had a very frustrating experience as a self-pay patient with no insurance. Before my appointment on 5/21/2026, I called and was quoted $75 for the visit. About a month later, I received a bill for $288. During the visit, Dr. Panah asked if I wanted blood work, but I was not informed that it would be a separate charge or given any estimate. I later received a separate lab bill for over $630. I went in expecting a $75 visit and ended up facing almost $1,000 in charges. I had not seen a doctor in about 15 years and did not understand that blood work would be billed separately. If the cost had been explained, I would have considered whether I could afford it before agreeing. Self-pay patients need clear pricing before services are performed. I feel the communication around costs was poor and financially stressful.

I was in severe pain from multiple mouth ulcers and had barely slept in five days. When I went to this dentist, she was unable to diagnose the issue and instead filed down one of my back teeth, claiming it was causing the irritation. Unfortunately, this only made things worse. After continuing to suffer, I contacted an oral surgeon who advised me to see an ENT specialist. The ENT quickly diagnosed me with stress-related ulcers and was surprised that this had not been identified earlier. If a provider is unable to recognize a relatively common condition, they should refer patients appropriately instead of performing unnecessary procedures. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice.

Comprehensive, compassionate care. Iβve been a patient for ~10 years. Metro treats the whole personβ they offer medical, dental, and behavioral health care in an integrated fashion. The office staff is professional and it is easy to get an appointment.

Iβve been taking my kids to Dr. Goldberg for 2 years. She is kind, smart, and my kids feel comfortable and safe with her and her staff. Weβve had a really positive experience since coming here because of her. Additionally- the office is very clean and modern and everyone that works at the office has been very helpful.
